About The Position

The Warehouse Fulfillment Center Lead is responsible for directing and monitoring the daily flow of materials and personnel across various fulfillment departments to meet operational needs. This role is designed to develop leadership skills in both operational functions and employee management. The Lead will continuously review procedures to decrease processing time, increase service levels, and improve operating costs. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Equivalent Work Experience will be considered
  • Experience in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong Written and Verbal skills
  • Basic computer experience and WMS
  • Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Forklift certification
  • Proven ability to coach and develop employees by producing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize daily work schedules and collaborate with other departments to reallocate labor based on customer demand and strategic goals.
  • Plan the effective use of equipment and staffing to ensure the department meets its operating budget and service level agreements.
  • Assist the FC Supervisor with the creation of schedules, department budgets, and operating guidelines.
  • Write and administer annual performance reviews and use performance management tools to actively coach and develop employees.
  • Process inventory and replenish primary locations as needed to maintain high customer service levels.
  • Build strong cross-departmental communication channels with all functional areas of the company
