The Operations Intern will analyze a distribution center process and identify and implement initiatives to reduce operating expenses and improve productivity within the supply chain. This internship offers a progression into a full-time position upon completion.

Requirements

• Junior or Senior in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Transportation, Operations Management, Industrial engineering , or other related fielded
• Geographic flexibility (willing to relocate for 8-10 weeks)

Nice To Haves

• Relevant interns and work experience is preferred
• Leadership experience is preferred
• High energy and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Participate in Operations projects, including LEAN implementation and new systems in the development phase
• Review business processes to help enhance workflow and develop a more substantial company
• Collaborate with Operations teams to help find ways to create cost-effective business processes that will attract new customers
• Communicate with all levels of associates and management in our distribution centers
