About The Position

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator at Miller Electric will ensure smooth warehouse operations, optimize inventory management, material delivery support, fleet management and safety management.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or High School Diploma
  • Inventory management experience in a warehouse setting
  • Shipping and Recieving experience

Responsibilities

  • Implement standardized inventory tracking
  • Reduce stock discrepancies
  • Improve order fulfillment accuracy
  • Site deliveries
  • Fleet Management – Bucket Trucks, Trailers, Trucks, Miscellaneous
  • Safety and Training Management
  • Develop a scalable warehouse layout for future growth
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular audits
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
