About The Position

The Warehouse Operations Co-ordinator is responsible for efficiently executing sales orders assigned to warehouses. This includes organizing shipment details, coordinating trucking, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring all aspects of the order are completed to meet customer requirements. The role requires accurate reporting in the system for tracking and documentation purposes, and involves collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience in database and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of the sales process from order receipt to delivery.
• Good understanding of the fruit industry.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Famous Software system (optional).
• Basic experience with market research to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Organize shipment details and coordinate trucking for sales orders.
• Prepare necessary documents including packing slips.
• Ensure all aspects of the order are completed to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain balanced inventory levels with optimal rotation to ensure product freshness.
• Coordinate sales shipments and ensure timely delivery of accurate information.
• Continuously track shipments from growers and provide updates on product availability.
• Organize and oversee packing and repacking services, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Monitor and control all charges made by the warehouse, linking them to traceable lots.
• Coordinate necessary fruit inspections according to QC parameters.
