About The Position

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE Challenging Operations. Clean/Organized Yard & Warehouse. Critical Role in Field Support. The Warehouse Operations Associate supports field teams by keeping tools, equipment, and materials organized, accurately tracked, and ready when needed. This role maintains clean and safe yard and warehouse spaces, coordinates deliveries and pickups, manages inventory and documentation, and communicates with project teams to clarify requests and priorities. Follow all PPE, equipment‑operation, hauling, and delivery standards. Identify safety issues and operate all vehicles and equipment in compliance with regulations. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records for tools, equipment, and materials. Perform cycle counts, audits, and inspections to ensure accuracy. Review material requisition forms and support field teams with inventory needs. Schedule Management Manage weekly warehouse and shop schedules using Microsoft Teams. Prepare and coordinate shipments and jobsite deliveries based on MRFs. Communicate with field staff to clarify requests and support project timelines. Cost Control Coordinate procurement needs with the Warehouse/Purchasing Manager to support cost‑efficiency. Perform basic repairs and light facility maintenance to reduce outside expenses. Ensure accurate documentation to minimize waste and unnecessary purchases. Support Work Operate construction equipment including forklifts, telehandlers, skid loaders, and lifts. Support emergency deliveries or jobsite needs when required. Perform miscellaneous yard, warehouse, and facility tasks as needed. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Trade School equivalent
  • Five (5) years of warehouse, yard, or inventory management experience, preferably in commercial construction
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Capable of bending, climbing, kneeling, stooping, standing, and walking
  • Able to work outdoors in varying temperatures and noise levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • General commercial construction knowledge
  • Experience with inventory systems, scheduling tools, and basic computer software
  • Experience operating construction equipment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience driving trucks with trailers preferred
