About The Position

The Warehouse Operations Associate (Selector/Floater) uses an electronic pick list to accurately locate, pick, and palletize products for shipment. This role also includes inspecting and processing orders to ensure product quality and accuracy. This is a cross-trained position that supports multiple areas of warehouse and production operations as needed. The role plays an important part in ensuring customer orders are filled safely, accurately, and on time. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in doing the job right. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable work history and strong attendance
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Able to stand and walk for up to 10+ hours per shift
  • Regularly lift up to 25 lbs., frequently up to 50 lbs., and team lift up to 100 lbs. when needed
  • Comfortable operating pallet jacks and warehouse lifts (training provided)
  • Able to bend, reach, squat, kneel, and work safely at various heights
  • Strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Use a handheld tablet to locate and pick products within a 75,000-square-foot warehouse.
  • Operate manual and/or electric pallet jacks to stack, palletize, and transport products.
  • Perform quality checks and verify product counts against pick slips for accuracy.
  • Prepare, pack, and process customer orders for shipment.
  • Ensure accurate shipping documentation is attached and pallets are properly staged.
  • Crosstrain in multiple warehouse and production areas to provide coverage and support where needed, including filling in for team members during absences or peak demand.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
