About The Position

The Warehouse Only Technician at Adapt Health LLC is responsible for processing orders, preparing items for shipment, and managing incoming inventory. This role involves cleaning and disinfecting returned equipment, maintaining inventory, and assisting in the loading and delivery of equipment. Adherence to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols is essential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in warehouse or material handling roles preferred.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment.
• Construction, general manual labor, military, or equipment repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and pallets.
• Process packing slips or invoices and safely store items.
• Verify the quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Transport materials to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
• Prepare shipping containers and create labels for outgoing merchandise.
• Follow all safety protocols and conduct routine inspections of equipment.
• Complete and maintain necessary documentation for material handling and inventory control.
• Perform data entry and clerical tasks including faxing, scanning, and filing.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
