About The Position

T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role The Night Shift Supervisor provides onsite leadership and operational oversight across all warehouse functions during evening hours. This role ensures safe, accurate, and efficient execution of nightly workflows while maintaining alignment with daytime leadership expectations. The supervisor coordinates activities across Raw Materials, Inventory Control, and Finished Goods, resolves issues in real time, and upholds standards for quality, compliance, and productivity. This position is responsible for directing personnel, supporting cross functional priorities, and ensuring continuity of operations between shifts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field preferred.
  • 3 or more years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or related functions.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems. Experience with Oracle, MES, or TMS platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision making skills with the ability to lead teams and maintain accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nightly leadership, direction, and accountability for warehouse personnel across all active departments.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established procedures.
  • Serve as the primary decision maker on shift for operational issues, staffing adjustments, and workflow prioritization.
  • Coordinate with Raw Materials, Inventory Control, and Finished Goods teams to maintain inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support system alignment.
  • Monitor nightly production, staging, loading, and material movement to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Conduct nightly walkthroughs to verify housekeeping, equipment readiness, and adherence to 5S expectations.
  • Document and escalate issues requiring follow up from daytime leadership, including inventory variances, equipment concerns, and personnel matters.
  • Support cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation activities as needed to maintain data integrity.
  • Ensure proper handoff between shifts through clear communication, documentation, and coordination with supervisors and managers.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal partners and external warehouse contacts when after-hours support is required.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to strengthen performance, safety awareness, and operational discipline.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
