Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals for two critical roles in our move -in/move -out operations: Warehouse Mover – Responsible for packing and unpacking items in our warehouse during overnight shifts. On -Site Loading/Unloading Specialist – Meet at client locations to load and unload items, ensuring safe and efficient handling. These positions require attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to high -quality service. Important Note: Our clients often have high -value items. Accidental damage can result in significant costs. Therefore, all team members must handle items with the utmost care and follow safety protocols diligently.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work overnight and flexible hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Safely pack and unpack items, including fragile and high -value goods.
- Organize and label items for easy identification.
- Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Arrive at client locations on time to load and unload items.
- Use appropriate equipment to move items safely.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Report any damages or issues immediately to the team leader.
