About The Position

Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking construction materials, tools, and equipment. Supervise, schedule and coordinate tool runners to ensure timely distribution and pick up of tools and materials Coordinate deliveries and shipments with vendors, suppliers, and crews. Monitor stock levels and reorder materials to prevent project delays. Maintain inventory and tracking system for all tools, small equipment, and consumables. Issue tools to field crews and ensure timely return, inspection, and documentation. Schedule routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs for tools and equipment. Track equipment usage and report loss, damage, or replacement needs. Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories. Generate reports on tool usage, inventory levels, and asset costs. Coordinate staging of tools and materials for project mobilization and demobilization. Support project managers and superintendents with material and equipment needs.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests from field operations
  • Effective communication skills with crews, vendors and leadership
  • Problem solving and proactive planning mindset
  • Basic computer skills
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory, or tool management (utility/construction industry preferred)
  • Knowledge of construction tools and material used in civil projects
  • Experience with inventory management or asset tracking
  • Valid driver’s license
