Position: The Forks Warehouse Materials Associate is responsible for managing and controlling incoming and outgoing materials to support manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role ensures materials are accurately received, scanned, labeled, and entered into inventory systems while maintaining accuracy, in a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, materials, or inventory control role preferred
  • Experience with barcode scanning systems and inventory transactions preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials as required for the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and system records
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials are properly scanned and transacted in inventory systems
  • Label materials accurately to maintain identification, traceability, and inventory integrity
  • Control and manage the flow of incoming materials to appropriate storage or staging locations
  • Identify, document, and communicate material discrepancies, damage, or shortages
  • Support inventory accuracy through proper handling, documentation, and adherence to procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety standards
  • Follow all quality, safety, and warehouse procedures
  • Collaborate with production to support operational needs
  • Coordinate 3 rd party storage logistics
