Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
- Dependability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
- Demonstrating the physical ability to lift and move 75 lbs. regularly
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Background check and drug test required upon hire
- Participation in our random drug testing program
Responsibilities
- Receiving, storing, and distributing household goods, fitness equipment, and specialty products
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse and in/out of trailers, straight trucks and containers
- Maintain accurate inventory using electronic systems and warehouse management software
- Organize, stage, and prepare materials for upcoming projects
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and dollies (training provided!)
- Assembling and disassembling fitness equipment
- Wrapping, padding, and protecting items for transport
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborating with our team to improve processes
