About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. This position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts. The role requires the use of industrial vehicles like forklifts or picker equipment and scanners for inventory control. Team members are expected to consistently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Comfort with working at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment is necessary. The role also involves contributing to a culture of safety and may require assisting other departments. Schedules are typically Monday to Friday, with options for 5:00am - 1:30pm or 6:00am - 2:30pm, or until work is completed. Overtime and rotating Saturdays are required as needed, and schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards
Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines
Ability to pass forklift certification
Willing to work overtime as needed
Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsibilities

Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires
Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
Work at heights of 25 feet safely while operating equipment
Work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed
Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures
May assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs
Perform other job-related tasks and follow any job-related instructions given by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations
