About The Position

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm or until work is completed, with overtime required as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. The role involves loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment, and utilizing scanners for inventory control. Team members are expected to consistently lift 50 pounds throughout their shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds. For commercial tires, team lifts or mechanical equipment will be used. When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, the ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds is required. Comfort working safely at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment is essential. The position requires being on your feet for extended periods and contributing to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures. Depending on business needs, the role may also involve assisting other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will call. Walk-in interviews are available Monday - Thursday between 9:00am - 3:00pm at the West Branch, IA warehouse, with prior online application completion recommended.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards
Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines
Ability to pass forklift certification
Willing to work overtime as needed
Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis and must not require U.S. Venture’s sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States

Responsibilities

Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
Perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires
Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
Be comfortable working at heights of 25 feet safely while operating equipment
Work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed
Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures
May assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs
Perform other job-related tasks and follow any job-related instructions given by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations
