About The Position

We are hiring experienced Material Handlers to join a fast-paced warehouse operation in Haverhill, MA. This role requires strong forklift skills, attention to safety, and comfort working in a freezer environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate high-lift forklifts to safely move, stack, and store materials at elevated heights Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers Store products in designated freezer locations based on pallet size and weight Complete daily PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) inspection forms Verify pallet accuracy (quantity, item code, lot code, pallet ID) Process and complete shipping and receiving documentation. Inspect pallets for damage and report quality issues to the Warehouse Supervisor Pick and supply materials to production as needed Assist with inventory cycle counts and location verification Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and freezer environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• High-lift forklift experience required
• Ability to work in a freezer environment
• Able to stand, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete documentation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA standards
