Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of verifiable experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills with an understanding of distribution operations.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and accurately count inventory.
• Comfortable working at heights (3-level modules), able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently, and capable of standing, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime with little or no notice.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and stock incoming products from vendors and plants, ensuring accuracy in SKU numbers, quantities, and quality; consolidate identical SKUs in bulk storage.
• Pull and transfer bulk products to pick zones, retrieve items for shipping, and move cartons from shipping lanes to pallets for loading.
• Work with Inventory Control to resolve stock issues and operate power industrial equipment as certified.
• Consistently meet department quality and productivity standards; perform additional duties as assigned.
