About The Position

The Warehouse Manager for Fleet Services by Cox Automotive is responsible for overseeing parts warehousing and final mile logistics, ensuring efficient delivery of parts to technicians. This role involves managing shipping and receiving operations, developing delivery processes, and maintaining high service levels for both internal and external customers. The manager will also lead a team, implement process improvements, and contribute to the overall supply chain strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.
• 6+ years' experience in service advisement, maintenance coordination, or similar roles.
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service and communication capabilities.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills, with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• In-depth understanding of Light, Medium, and Heavy-Duty vehicles and parts business.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience within the automotive industry.
• Experience in Karmak DMS system.
• Prior experience in mobile and shop service operations in a Fleet Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians.
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes to facilitate timely deliveries.
• Develop and implement delivery processes that enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper allocation of materials across local fulfillment and retail locations.
• Manage inventory and asset transactions for accurate local inventory measurement.
• Address operational issues related to fulfillment and transportation for resolution.
• Guide and oversee distribution and fulfillment functions to meet customer service and cost expectations.
• Manage the Fulfillment and Transportation Operations team, setting goals and providing feedback.
• Integrate supply chain fulfillment into overall business planning and monitoring processes.
• Contribute to the local Supply Chain Leadership Team to set delivery strategy and business plans.
• Ensure compliance with Safety and OSHA regulations.
