The Warehouse Manager oversees the warehouse operations, including personnel, deliveries, and inventory management. This role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, such as shipping and receiving, picking and packing orders. The Warehouse Manager reports directly to the Branch Operations Manager and supervises a team of Warehouse Associates and Drivers, ensuring smooth operational flow and effective communication across all levels.

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates and drivers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Create, document, and coach associates through performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring resource availability and process efficiency.
  • Ensure order accuracy and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring customers are served in a timely manner.
  • Manage temporary labor and overtime expenses.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure warehouse environment.
  • Maintain inventory management system accuracy and conduct physical counts.
  • Manage supplies, tools, and fleet equipment.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Branch Operations Manager.
  • Industry and warehouse management experience.
  • Familiarity with inventory control and safety procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Commitment to customer experience and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
