About The Position

Requirements

• 5 years previous Warehouse Management experience necessary.
• HVAC and Plumbing parts knowledge preferred.
• Strong decision making and coaching skills.
• General knowledge of consignment inventory.
• Working knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations and manage the team members.
• Purchase all inventory and manage the parts ordering process.
• Ensure integrity and confirm that cycle counts are completed daily.
• Maintain security of the warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting accidents and conveying issues.
• Repair and order all tools for the technicians.
• Hire, train, and provide professional development for all warehouse associates.
