Job PurposeManage the daily operations of the Chino, CA Distribution CenterEssential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as key on-site leader for the Chino, CA Distribution Center Manage, prioritize, and assign daily activities for the distribution center operation Implement and utilize the Enersys EOS system for continuous improvement Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed Responsible for maintenance of facility and coordination of outside safety inspections Process facility invoices and assist with DC budget plan Responsible for inventory accuracy Manage yearly physical inventory and weekly cycle count programs. Maintain and report Distribution CoE KPIs. Maintain timely employee performance reviews, administer coaching when needed Reports weekly DC space and capacity levels Assist in the removal and disposal of scrap materials Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years supervisory experience
  • 2 - 4 years experience inventory control
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and able to understand all aspects of material transactions
  • Ability to interface and communicate professionally with all levels of management
  • Ability to function in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Forklift certification

Nice To Haves

  • Four-year college degree in business of associated field
  • CPIM certification
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge and use of Supply Chain Logistic Concepts
  • Knowledge of SAP, BAAN

Responsibilities
