About The Position

Topsarge Business Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the EPA Region 6 warehouse in Addison, TX. This position is responsible for ensuring property accountability, logistics coordination, and maintenance scheduling for critical EPA emergency response assets. The ideal candidate is a seasoned supply technician or property book specialist with extensive experience managing government-furnished equipment and operating within federal warehouse environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing supply, logistics, or property accountability in federal contracting environments.
• Strong familiarity with federal property management policies, particularly within EPA, DoD, or other civilian agencies.
• Demonstrated experience using asset management and barcode tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check and fingerprinting process.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working under an EPA warehouse or emergency response support contract.
• Veteran status or experience in military supply/logistics roles
• Familiarity with EPA Equipment Tracking Survey123 Dashboard or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory management of EPA response equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain strict accountability of all government-furnished property using EPA barcoding and inventory systems.
• Manage scheduling and tracking of equipment maintenance, calibrations, and repairs in accordance with federal standards.
• Coordinate with EPA officials, contractors, and logistics teams to support 24/7 emergency response readiness.
• Prepare and submit required reports, including monthly maintenance logs, inventory updates, and property status reports.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and other applicable federal safety and property regulations.
• Oversee readiness exercises, equipment demonstrations, and staff training as required by the EPA Region 6 team.
