About The Position

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory control, and team leadership. This role ensures operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Warehouse Manager will utilize NetSuite WMS and other technology platforms to manage workflows, optimize processes, and maintain inventory integrity.

• Proficiency in NetSuite WMS for order processing, inventory tracking, and shipping management.
• Experience with Delivery Routing software and carrier platforms.

• Strategic thinking and ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics leadership.
• Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving processes, including inspection and documentation of incoming goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during unloading and handling.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies with suppliers promptly.
• Ensure accurate processing of inbound shipments in NetSuite WMS.
• Manage outbound workflows from order pull through pick, pack, staging, and shipment.
• Coordinate with external carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL, etc.) for timely shipment.
• Oversee Will Call pickup order processing and customer communication.
• Ensure routing efficiency using Delivery Routing software.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Oversee bin location assignments and inventory adjustments.
• Monitor and report on inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
• Implement best practices for warehouse efficiency using Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse processes and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Lead and develop supervisors and warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality goals.
• Conduct daily huddles and regular performance reviews.
• Provide training on systems, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
