About The Position

Position: Warehouse Manager Location: Connecticut Warehouse

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in warehouse operations, equipment handling, inventory control, or logistics preferred
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and shipping materials
• Organize the warehouse using a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system, including proper labeling and junk/obsolete parts management
• Monitor and manage inventory check-in and check-out to ensure accuracy
• Assemble and disassemble company equipment as needed
• Perform installation, connection, and setup of equipment at delivery or job sites
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Drive and deliver company equipment to job sites or other locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and delivery schedules
