About The Position

As a Bilingual (Korean/English) Warehouse Manager , you'll play a critical role in leading Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. You won't just manage people - you'll motivate, coach, and connect them to the bigger picture.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Bilingual (Korean/English)
3-5 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders
Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
Experience in warehouse or distribution environments
Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) or other warehouse management systems
Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces

Responsibilities

Set and communicate clear expectations - and empower your team to meet them

Train, support, and hold Warehouse Supervisors accountable for shift performance
Walk the floor, lead by example, and be a visible, approachable leader
Champion safety, participate in ESG activities, and host site-wide events
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Inventory teams
Execute action plans to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
Monitor and review team and shift performance regularly
Support process improvements, audits, cost reduction, and workforce planning
Ensure systems, processes, and equipment keep your team productive and safe
Tackle other duties like a pro - all within your training and expertise
