Our Night Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all outbound shipping activities on the night shift to ensure that we are properly filling orders for customer accounts and that all items ordered are received. The ideal leader is Customer Driven and will have a focus on Employee Retention and Safety. Competitive compensation and benefits offered, in addition to, continuous training and development! This position is hands on, and expectation is to have a high level of presence out on the Warehouse Floor (80%) in a fast-paced environment. The expected hours for this role are Mon-Thurs 5pm-5am or based upon business needs.

Requirements

3+ years of previous management experience in Warehouse/Distribution environment.
Experience and knowledge with applicable federal regulations pertaining to the company's business operations including OSHA regulations.
Strong computer skills.
Strong organizational skills, versatility, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work as a team player.
Must be flexible to work multiple shifts.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
Previous WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain quality standards for order selection and picking.
Maintain all safety activities for the night shift.
Ensure completion of picking in an efficient and safe manner to allow for all routes to depart the warehouse on time.
Maintains warehousing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Communicate timely to senior management about any opportunities or issues.
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with warehouse management system.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment and issuing work orders for repair.
Ensuring the warehouse is clean and safe for the next shift.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
