About The Position

The Warehouse Manager oversees daily operations, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping, to ensure efficiency, safety, and accuracy. They lead warehouse staff, optimize workflows, and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution role with supervisory experience.
• Technology: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership: Strong team management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and safety protocols.
• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operations Leader: Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to meet company targets and customer expectations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise staff, manage schedules, conduct performance reviews, and train employees to optimize performance.
• Inventory Control: Ensure inventory accuracy through proper tracking, audits, and reconciliation in the WMS.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, including OSHA compliance and regular facility inspections.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve unexpected operational issues such as equipment failure, shipping delays, or staff shortages.
• Budgeting: Manage operational costs, including labor and supplies.
