Come join us and be a part of something amazing! At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Warehouse Manager is responsible for the oversight of the daily operations within the warehouse. You will play a key role in the strategic planning and execution of warehouse operations to ensure optimal productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, such as inventory control, staffing, budgeting, and process improvement. You'll develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, enhance safety measures, and meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing/receiving
  • Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing 50 pounds unassisted. Typically, bends, stoops, and/or crouches regularly from various heights to stock or remove products.
  • Must be able to support operational needs and have a flexible schedule
  • Forklift Certification
  • Proven experience in strategy development and execution
  • Proficiency in data entry and warehouse management software including but not limited to SAP and RFMS
  • Strong safety culture
  • Proven experience in driving safe work practices in a warehouse setting

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years in warehouse management preferred
  • Forklift Certified Trainer preferred
  • Flooring knowledge preferred
  • Experience managing multiple warehouses
  • Experience in providing safety training

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, storing, and dispatching flooring materials according to customer orders and company policies
  • Conducting regular inventory audits and reporting on stock levels, discrepancies, and damages
  • Supervising and training two warehouse assistants, ensuring their safety and productivity
  • Operating a forklift and lifting up to 50 pounds (lbs.) regularly as part of your duties
  • Performing data entry tasks to update inventory records and generate reports
  • Communicating effectively with other departments and stakeholders, such as sales, customer service and suppliers
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security in the warehouse, following the guidelines and training provided by the corporate safety team
