About The Position

To strategically manage the end-to-end supply chain process across all locations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products and supplies. Ensure operational excellence through efficient inventory management, timely fulfillment of departmental needs, and precise coordination of goods from suppliers and production. Implement systems and protocols that optimize resource allocation while maintaining quality standards to consistently meet both internal requirements and external customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of associate’s degree preferred with at least three years of management experience of a warehouse.
  • Has knowledge of service and food and beverage.
  • Must be minimum 21 years of age.
  • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds or more
  • Must have the stamina to work long hours of work.
  • Must be able to work with diverse populations.
  • Valid Driver License

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and evaluate Warehouse and Receiving Associates; develop leaders to manage daily operations and effectively supervise their teams.
  • Manage performance through coaching and appropriate disciplinary actions while ensuring all staff operate material handling equipment safely.
  • Evaluate, maintain, and procure appropriate storage systems and equipment based on safety, reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee receiving processes including unloading, inspection, and accurate documentation of all incoming restaurant supplies.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of food products according to food safety protocols and implement inventory rotation systems to minimize waste.
  • Resolve discrepancies between received goods and purchase documentation; maintain seamless documentation flow between departments.
  • Monitor and measure warehouse performance through key indicators for receiving accuracy, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and manage departmental operating budgets; forecast staffing and equipment needs to support business growth.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels; participate in recruitment and recommend qualified applicants for warehouse positions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies throughout all warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall supply chain efficiency for restaurant operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
