About The Position

As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting TSS Operations by ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient flow of materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles to field service technicians who perform lifesaving and life-changing work. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination to ensure technicians are fully equipped to serve our customers without disruption. You will drive operational excellence by maintaining organized storage systems, coordinating equipment maintenance and audits, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety standards. Through strong collaboration with field technicians, vendors, and internal teams, you will help minimize downtime, improve asset utilization, and support rapid response to customer emergencies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies, supporting alternative sourcing when needed, and maintaining accurate documentation to support operational readiness. This position is temporary & part time (20-25hrs)

Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-year or 4-year degree preferred.
  • Requires some relevant customer service, mechanical and/or electrical experience.
  • A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to drive collaboration, commitment and productivity when working with cross functional teams and customers.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to continually learn new services.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision by employing effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic math including geometry and algebra.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment to technicians.
  • Schedules repair and maintenance of TSS equipment, and vehicles in support of TSS operations.
  • Completes all required documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinates field service technician equipment audits.
  • Provide technicians with technical and troubleshooting support.
  • Respond to TSS customer emergencies on an as need basis.
  • Complies with all company policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Maintains a productive, professional relationship with all TSS personnel.
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
