Your day to day as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager As a key player in our 2nd Shift Warehouse team at Viking Coca Cola in St. Cloud, MN, you will assist in supervising and directing the daily activities of our dedicated load crew, ensuring productivity and efficiency. You will oversee 3rd Shift Forklift Drivers, aiding in truck loading while verifying the accuracy of loads for accountability. Your role will include interviewing and hiring new employees, providing essential training, and coaching to develop their skills. In collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll coordinate work hours, manage scheduling, and track timekeeping. You will uphold safety protocols, maintain cleanliness in the warehouse, and foster a cooperative work environment to boost morale. Additionally, you’ll seek opportunities for operational efficiencies, recommend maintenance procedures, and serve as a backup during the Warehouse Manager’s absence. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous supervisory and warehouse experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word
Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Certification to operate a forklift is required, although the company may provide training.
Capacity to make sound analytical decisions

Responsibilities
