About The Position

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Warehouse Manager for an industrial company to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient material flow, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a warehouse manager or supervisor in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, work orders, and inventory reports
• Forklift experience and understanding of material-handling equipment (certification preferred)
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and warehouse management systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds as required
• Comfortable working in an industrial warehouse environment with varying temperatures
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and operations to ensure material availability
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Operate and oversee the use of forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Prepare reports related to inventory, staffing, and operational performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment
