About The Position

Responsibilitiesarrow_right Safety Leadership: Drive compliance and champion a safety-first culture across all warehouse operations. Operational Oversight: Direct inventory flow and oversee storage, preparation, loading, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate customer shipments and logistics, auditing documentation to maintain policy and regulatory compliance. Team Management: Lead team performance through hiring, training, payroll management, goal setting, and career development initiatives. Performance & Reporting: Optimize KPIs and inventory accuracy by leveraging SAP ERP for reporting, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution. Qualificationsarrow_right High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred 5+ years in a supervisor or manager level position within a warehouse environment Proficient in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office products Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience operating a forklift and motorized pallet jack
