Operational Oversight: Direct inventory flow and oversee storage, preparation, loading, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate customer shipments and logistics, auditing documentation to maintain policy and regulatory compliance. Team Management: Lead team performance through hiring, training, payroll management, goal setting, and career development initiatives. Performance & Reporting: Optimize KPIs and inventory accuracy by leveraging SAP ERP for reporting, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
• 5+ years in a supervisor or manager level position within a warehouse environment
• Proficient in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office products
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience operating a forklift and motorized pallet jack
