About The Position

Lead by Example at Auto-Wares Group of Companies as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager! Are you a dynamic and experienced manager with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee our team of 25+ employees, manage our warehouse operations, oversee dispatch, and lead our automotive counter. This is a fast-paced, high-energy position that requires excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of automotive knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of managerial experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a large team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a team of 25+ employees, ensuring effective communication and team cohesion.
  • Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics.
  • Lead the automotive counter, and oversee the dispatcher while providing expert knowledge and support to customers.
  • Verify accuracy of parts before packing into totes and loading into trucks
  • Represent the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.
  • Ensure a high level of efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operations and achieve business goals.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to help them reach their full potential.
