About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team at VFC Lightning Protection. As an industry leader, we specialize in Total Site & Facility Protection by designing and installing customized grounding, lightning protection, surge suppression, and lightning warning systems. Our solutions safeguard operations, protect infrastructure, and provide true peace of mind.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift and move up to 40 lbs
• Must pass a physical exam

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience
• Familiarity with pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
• Forklift certification or ability to operate a forklift safely
• Basic inventory management and data entry skills
• Strong communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, and organize materials and equipment
• Deliver products to local job sites using a company truck
• Accurately process, pack, and ship outgoing orders
• Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed
• Inspect products for damage and report issues promptly
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
