About The Position

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, safe work practices, and timely distribution of materials. This role leads warehouse staff, maintains organization and accuracy, and ensures all processes meet company standards and deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a supervisory warehouse role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and warehouse workflows
• Experience with WMS and basic computer skills (Excel, email, reporting)
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction, telecom, manufacturing, or distribution environments
• Familiarity with shipping carriers and freight coordination
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory
• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity goals
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure material availability
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
• Operate or oversee operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
