Requirements

High School Diploma.
Five Years Warehouse and Logistics Experience.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) Preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure Materials are Stored Properly to Conserve Space and Comply with Safety Procedures.
Keep Warehouse Organized and Stocked in the Proper Designated Area.
Train and Monitor the Unloading of all Material into the Receiving Area to Ensure Material is Staged for Counting and Inspecting.
Receive and Check All Deliveries.
Ensure all Receiving Slips are Accurate and Report all Materials Received.
Resolve Discrepancies with Packing Slips with Proper Department.
Plan and Coordinate all Sales Orders for all Company Projects.
Distribute Material and Equipment to the Projects it Belongs to.
Direct and Coordinate all Pick-ups and Deliveries from Vendors and Projects.
Plan all Routing for Deliveries to Jobsites and Pickups from Vendors in an Efficient Timely Manner.
Ensure Delivery Trucks are Loaded Completely for Next Day Deliveries.
Supervise the Maintenance and Cleanliness of the Property Area Such as the Outside Perimeter and the Grounds to Ensure all Material is Stored in the Yard Area Properly.
Responsible for Training, Motivating, Monitoring and Evaluating the Performance of the Warehouse Employees to Ensure their Ability to Safely Operate Material Handling Equipment to Move Material to and From the Storage Facilities.
Conduct Weekly Safety Toolbox Talk with Warehouse Team.
Ensure Delivery Trucks are Clean and Safe to Operate
Responsible for Making Sure Delivery Trucks have all Lifting and Loading Tools Needed to Offload Material.
