(Korean Bilingual) Warehouse Manager

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end -to -end warehouse operations at a logistics center. This role is responsible for daily operations, inventory accuracy, team leadership, safety compliance, KPI performance, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

7+ years of warehouse or logistics operations experience
2–3+ years of people management or on -site warehouse leadership
Hands -on experience with WMS and inventory control
Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and performance metrics
Proficient in Excel and MS Office
Strong problem -solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast -paced logistics environment (peak seasons, flexible support as needed)
Business -level Korean proficiency (for HQ or partner communication)

Responsibilities

Manage inbound, storage, picking/packing, shipping, and returns
Execute operational plans to meet service level and productivity targets
Maintain and improve SOPs across warehouse processes
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
Investigate discrepancies, damages, and shipment errors; implement corrective actions
Lead warehouse staff (full -time, temp, and/or 3PL partners)
Manage scheduling, productivity, training, and performance
Foster strong communication across shifts
Monitor KPIs (productivity, OTIF, shrinkage, error rates, labor efficiency)
Identify cost -saving opportunities and manage operational budgets
Enforce safety, EHS standards, and equipment compliance
Maintain facility security and regulatory compliance
Manage WMS -based warehouse operations
Maintain system accuracy for inventory and order flow
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or HQ
