About the Role As Warehouse Manager, you will develop and maintain operational procedures for receiving, warehousing, material picking, staging, and delivery to production, ensuring material availability, safety, quality, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). A critical goal is to manage inventory with a focus on high accuracy, supporting production and customer requirements. In addition, you will lead all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics to support rig and spare parts sales.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship
  • 10+ years in a manufacturing environment with warehousing, inventory control, and logistics experience.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing and developing teams.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education a plus.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Innovative mindset with strong safety and quality focus.
  • Logical, methodical problem-solving approach for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); ERP experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping, and maintaining strong control of parts and materials to prevent loss or shortages.
  • Recruit, develop, and promote team members within warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply operations for internal and external customers.
  • Maintain strong control of parts and materials to prevent loss or shortages.
  • Coordinate rig shipping to meet customer needs in a cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and maintain proper documentation.
  • Provide a safe working environment; identify and correct unsafe conditions or habits, including proper handling of hazardous materials in accordance with regulations.
  • Maintain site conditions using lean principles.
  • Manage departmental budget effectively.
