Requirements

3–5 years of experience overseeing operations in a 35,000+ sq. ft. warehouse
3–5 years of experience managing 20+ team members
3–5 years of experience with inventory management and stock control systems
Strong computer skills; well-versed in Oracle and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma processes and operational excellence strategies

Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping
Manage and mentor a team of 20+ warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety
Maintain accurate inventory and ensure real-time updates through WMS and Oracle systems
Monitor daily workflows and provide leadership across all shifts as needed
Use Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
Collaborate with internal departments like logistics, supply chain, and customer service
Enforce safety standards and warehouse best practices
Prepare reports on KPIs, productivity, and inventory metrics
Support warehouse expansion, layout optimization, and SOP creation
