About The Position

Eskola, LLC’s Nashville, Tennessee branch is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team! The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations related to commercial roofing projects. This role manages the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will lead a team to optimize inventory control, streamline logistics, and support project requirements to drive overall operational success.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the construction or commercial roofing industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, logistics, and staff in a dynamic environment.
Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening as a condition of hire.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Certifications in warehouse management, OSHA training, or related areas
Forklift certification
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.
Position typically operates in a warehouse setting with occasional visits to active job sites.
May require climbing, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights.
Must be comfortable working at heights and capable of safely using ladders and other elevated access equipment.
Set schedule, but the potential for availability for emergency calls exists.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred but not require
Small engine repair and maintenance experience
Knowledge of roofing-specific equipment a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, and issuing roofing materials, equipment, and supplies.
Manage and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment of stock.
Coordinate the distribution of materials and equipment to job sites, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Collaborate with management to align inventory levels with project demands.
Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity.
Ensure adherence to OSHA, local, and company-specific safety protocols within the warehouse.
Conduct regular safety audits, maintain equipment inspections, and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain accurate records of equipment, inventory, shipments, and daily operations.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational challenges for senior management.
Develop and implement procedures to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Utilize warehouse management systems and technology to streamline processes and support data-driven decision-making.
