The Warehouse Manager will ensure the warehouse complies with the company's policies and vision. The incumbent will oversee receiving and maintenance operations while setting up the layout to ensure efficient space utilization throughout the facility. Shift: Monday-Friday 6pm-finished.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of warehouse management experience
Process improvement expertise
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases
Strong problem-solving skills
Safety management and inventory control skills
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage receiving, warehousing, and maintenance operations
Set up the layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Ensure productivity targets are achieved, and warehouse processes are running optimally.
Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system
Contribute to annual budget development
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
Recruit, select, train, coach, and motivate employees
Produce reports and statistics regularly
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
