We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient order fulfillment, managing inventory, and optimizing warehouse systems. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes, including experience with third-party logistics (3PL) and non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC) operations.

  • Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory management.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of warehouse management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with freight carriers and logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation of goods.
  • Develop and monitor budgets related to warehouse operations, ensuring cost-effective practices.
  • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to foster a productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and implement strategies for optimization.
  • Utilize forklift equipment safely for the movement of goods within the warehouse.
  • Hire and lead a team of 5 warehouse associates.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role within the supply chain industry.
  • Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes and inventory control systems.
  • Familiarity with 3PL and NVOCC operations is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management related to warehouse activities.
  • Experience operating forklifts; certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
