About The Position

The Sr Warehouse Manager will be the primary leader of the Commissary Distribution Operation of the Distribution Center. Within this operation includes Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Quality Control, and Shipping activities. Combining technical capabilities with strong Leadership and Management skills, they will deliver best in class performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost while ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction while driving continuous improvement. This is a hands-on operational management role that will work cross-functionally across the Distribution Center and the Company. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Distribution, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience leading large teams in a Distribution Center environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience implementing and maintaining Lean or Six Sigma principles

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage warehouse functions to help minimize product cost and maintain tight inventory controls
• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of products
• Plan and organize the layout of goods within the warehouse for efficiency and accessibility
• Coordinate special storage requirements for certain inventory (ex: chilled goods, fragile products)
• Monitor productivity and ensure warehouse efficiency targets are consistently met
• Maintain accurate computerized warehouse administration, including automated storage and retrieval systems (as applicable)
• Ensure the right products are on hand to support sales volume and product mix by managing par/standard inventory levels
• Coordinate timely product deliveries to all stadium locations (concessions, restaurants, suites, etc.)
• Own accurate physical inventory processes and cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity
• Supervise all warehouse staff and provide daily direction, coaching, and performance support
• Lead and support all aspects of the pre-kitting process (as needed)
• Execute vendor and purchasing compliance, ensuring proper receiving, processing, forecasting, storage, and distribution of inventory and equipment
• Support stadium operations by ensuring inventory and equipment are available when needed for events and service execution
• Take on additional duties as assigned based on operational needs (job responsibilities may change without formal notice)
