About The Position

As a Night Shift Warehouse Manager at Uline, you will oversee the operations of a new, expansive warehouse in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves managing a large team of warehouse employees to ensure efficient inbound operations, high accuracy, and exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and performance standards while contributing to the company's growth and stability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume, 100,000+ square-foot distribution center including hiring, training and motivating a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Performance metrics and warehouse management system (WMS) experience an asset.

• Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, transfers and restocking.
• Lead and develop a team of 200+ warehouse employees to deliver legendary customer service and same-day shipping.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse operations.
