About The Position

The Warehouse Manager at GOFO Express is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the transshipment center, ensuring efficient management of warehouse activities, customs clearance, and transportation logistics. This role requires strong leadership skills and fluency in both Mandarin and English to effectively coordinate a team and manage the logistics processes involved in last-mile delivery services.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.
• Familiarity with customs clearance, truck transportation, and airfreight import/export operations.
• Knowledge of end-of-line delivery processes, with relevant experience preferred.
• Experience managing warehouses of 100,000 square feet or more.
• Leadership skills with experience managing a team of over 20 people.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.

• Experience in logistics management for last-mile delivery services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the transshipment center to ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate customs clearance and pick-up matters for timely warehousing of goods.
• Plan and arrange second-leg air transportation for efficient delivery of goods.
• Process cargo returns and arrange follow-up transportation or storage as needed.
• Manage truck dispatch tasks to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Organize cargo consignment and posting operations to meet transportation standards.
• Produce air waybills and other necessary documents, ensuring their accuracy.
• Arrange airport short-barge transportation and MIA-SJU air transportation tasks for efficient process connection.
