This includes managing inventory, leading a warehouse team, ensuring timely equipment staging, and collaborating with vendors and department leads to keep projects moving efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems (Service Titan)
  • Able to lead a safe, efficient, team-first work environment
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration across departments
  • Valid driver's license required
  • CDL highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Order equipment and supplies for RNC and Commercial departments
  • Strong leadership skills to manage warehouse employees and ensure timely, high-quality task completion
  • Pull and stage materials for upcoming jobs
  • Review schedules and confirm all required material lists are submitted
  • Report job material issues and shortages to Foremen
  • Maintain a clean, organized shop and yard
  • Notify managers of stock shortages
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Return and restock unused materials from field crews
  • Support department foremen with job completion needs
