About The Position

Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing is seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager / Distribution Driver to join our team. This position involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to job sites or clients. The role is crucial for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment while supporting the overall logistics of the company.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and material organization.
• Load, transport, and deliver materials safely and on time to job sites or clients.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure safety and readiness.
• Coordinate with project managers, installers, and vendors to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
