About The Position

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, security, and efficient functionality. This role involves leading warehouse operations in the designated region, managing volunteer activities, and executing in-kind donation drives while maintaining organizational standards.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Effective communication skills in written and verbal English.
• Ability to work onsite in the warehouse.

Nice To Haves

• Degree or certification in logistics and supply chain management.
• Two or more years of experience in a warehouse management role.
• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
• Ability to communicate in more than one language (Urdu and Arabic preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness and security.
• Manage warehouse opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate volunteer activities, including recruitment, training, and managing the volunteer database.
• Plan and execute in-kind donation drives to meet project goals.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of consignments and collaborate with the In-Kind Gifts Department.
• Oversee the inventory and ordering of supplies and materials for warehouse operations.
• Ensure careful management of IK expenses related to inventory and supplies.
• Build relationships with in-kind donors and community organizations to seek new support.
• Ensure compliance with auditor requirements and international standards for in-kind gifts.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and procedures in the warehouse.
