Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and procedures for optimal team logistics.
• Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations.
• Meet regularly with team members to monitor progress and track performance.
• Cultivate team spirit and promote cooperation through Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
• Implement health & safety and security practices and adhere to company policies.
• Understand key levers for account profitability and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Learn financial aspects of the job and how it connects to account stability.
